We custom designed a 3500s.f. 4 bed, 4 bath warm modern Colorado ranch style home for the site.  It has soaring vaulted rooms, multiple porches for easy indoor/outdoor living and tremendous views of the reservoir, mountains and fields.

This striking modern home is designed to hover over the Baseline Reservoir. As you enter the front door, you are immediately greeted by a sweeping view of the reservoir and Flatirons. Its two simple volumes define a clean geometry and provide breath-taking panoramic views, optimal indoor/outdoor living and tons of natural light and ventilation in every room. The high clerestory windows give the roof a floating effect at night, and the passive solar design captures the sun in the winter and provides shade in the summer.  The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 4500 s.f. house has an open concept floor plan with the great room and dining room flowing out through a wall of sliding doors to the huge terrace flagstone terrace
