Japango Ft. Collins
Boulder’s favorite sushi restaurant now has a second location in Ft. Collins. We just completed this remodel in a historic building on the main drag. Diners are greeted by a stunning, bespoke reception and waiting area, with dramatic lighting, and warm textural materials inspired by the artistry of the restaurant’s food. Like the original Boulder location, one of the principal ideas is that every seat in the restaurant feels like the best spot. There are a diversity of drinking and dining areas: cozy booths; raised lounges; high-tops that spill out onto the streetside patio; a large, sexy front bar; a glass-walled private dining area featuring a flock of origami-crane chandeliers; and the main attraction, a serene blue tiled sushi bar. And don’t miss the bamboo grove path to the bathrooms or their signature cylindrical jellyfish tank! We have designed a dozen restaurants over the years and this is sure to become a local landmark.
