Radiance Power Yoga
This is a constructed terrific yoga studio on 28th street in Boulder. The 2300 s.f. gut tenant finish includes two heated practice rooms (separated by a retractable wall), a sculptural front desk and spa-like locker rooms. A 50 ft. long x12 ft. high mural by Principal Scott Rodwin creates a unique glowing ambiance in the studios. We endeavored to make this a green studio using LED lights and signage throughout, insulating the entire space, using Energy Star appliances and low-flow plumbing fixtures, an on-demand hot water heater, eco-friendly CRI+, recycled carpet squares, and using no and low-VOC finishes throughout.
